Getting more members.

There is such a thing as a referral in some forums, but it's not available here at the moment I think. It would be nice f you could get people to join. I'm pretty grateful that you already got a team member for you hack here.

A prize like a member of the month is a good idea. We could tell who does a lot of work (kind of tell at least). I think you are doing a good job right now.

Yea. If a normal member can get 11 new members in 2 weeks, he will be a section moderator for example.

I didn't really understand what you meant by adding to the videos? Could you rephrase it?

Just like a two/three second animation that I can tack on to the beginning of my videos. Like you can upload the animation to this website, and every time anyone makes a video for youtube, they can just download the animation, and put it on the beginning of their video, like an advertisement.

Did you try other forums than PC? Such as Tbp.

Anyways, we have 72 members now, which is a slight progress, but good.

Advertising is a good way, the best way might be Google results. For this forum to pop up when people search Google. We need something that would make people want to some here. We can't always just leach out of PC for members. So far most of the members are from PC.

It would be nice if you guys could ask your friends at PC or other forums to come here or give it a try. If they have a hack or a game, you could ask them to post it here.

A nice tactic when asking people to come here by PM is to not plainly advertise, if they have a hack, compliment their hack. If it's someone from the scrapbox, offer them help. You could also say you have a link in your signature if you don't want to plainly advertise.
