That's a good idea, I was thinking of them joining a team and later finding out that they are not on a good team, but on a bad team. That could be a good twist.

- ~ The importanst Pokemon are Jirachi, a Dark/ Ghost Pokemon and if Sinnoh Pokemon are in Darkrai and Creselia
~ The game begins at night.
~ Sometimes you find a house with a bed in. The first time you try to rest you get stuck in a dream or nightmare.
~ At night you can find ghost Pokemon.
~ There's a ( Insert something here ) that gives Ghost, Dark and Psychic Pokemon the power to cast Nightmare at a whole area.
~ To escape nightmares you must do certain things. This is important for the Legendary Pokemon battle.
~ The evil team wants to get the whole world in nightmare. It gives the pokemon that cast it ultimate power... ALL Pokemon that cast nightmare! Not like this:
Duskull- Nightmare
People- Area
Duskull casts nightmare over the area. One of the people is not hit. Another Duskull comes and get's it to sleep. But he only get power of him.
The good way begins same BUT the second Duskull gets power of the other people as well.
~ The Pokemon can preform a move together to change all Pokemon to Shadow Servants= Their second type, unless a flying type, will change to Dark, Ghost, or Psychic. Their skin becomes dark and their eyes red. Ghost, Dark and Psychic Pokemon are immune for it.

- ~ The bad team get what they want but they release Darkrai... But this Darkrai ins't just Darkrai... He's blacker... More evil... He puts everyone in a nightmare. Cresellia is trying to stop him. She fails. She is sealed, and if you not hurry, she will vanish.
The bad boss tells the only way to stop Darkrai is defeating it.
~ As you try to chase Darkrai you find a tablet taking you to Girantina. A sort of Sad/Sacrifice song comes. He gives you a mighty power to weaken Darkrai... And yourself...
~ Darkrai is at a pillar top. You too. The last battle comes. First he calls Pokemon to weaken your Pokemon. Then he stikes. You use the special power of Girantina. You weaken him... But you are vanishing. Before it you must battle Darkrai again... But he is in control of an orb. If you defeat him... You are almost vanished... But then the ultimate power shows up. You get a new Pokemon in the team ( before you enter the nightmare, you MUST have 5 Pokemon ) With the Pokemon you defeat Darkrai.
Without Sinnoh dex...

- ~ The world is in darkness and you must stop the evil leader.
~ You are put in a nigthmare. To get out you must befriend Jirachi.
~ The last battle is against the evil leader. You must defeat his last Pokemon that is the king of all the other Pokemon.

We might be able to add some of it, but not all of it. Evil with a Darkrai is way over used I think. Thanks for the ideas though.

Well, i have a story idea. It's rather odd, though. Perhaps:
You are walking along one day with Professor Connar. Suddenly, there is a flash of blinding light. You can't see anything. You can hear Professor Conner send out his Pigeotto, but the pokemon does not manage to defeat this creature. An omounis voice... "Muahahahahaha! Dirty human. All your kind ever does is capture us and train us that you are our masters. You use us, and you teach us that we have to obey all of your commands. We have no free will. But you humans are nothing without pokemon. So, a little expierement won't hurt. I'll turn you into a pokemon. Oh, yes, you will still be a human. But whenever you are in a pokemon battle, or anytime you interact with pokemon, you will become one. What should I make you... oh yes. A (pokemon you have chosen)!" A flash of light...
