    You will have to patch a rombase with Lunar LIPS (remember you could only patch once per rom, I'm pretty sure)

    Did you get theses files from clicking save tileset one advance map? I thought you meant rombase (that's a different thing).

    oh nevermind i got other rombases
    and no some idiots got this website with rombases they have frozen rombase and past rombase but there is no ips patch inside the .rar
    but nevermind i got rombases from somewhere else this time there ips files
