all i know is html.
the main problem that i had with scripting in GBA games is that there were too many different ways of writing scripts. which probably has nothing to do with the scripting.
all that #offset stuff. eww.

People who write tutorials are trying to help you, it's not as simple that I could just explain it to you. If you are serious that you want to learn how to script, tutorials are the best way, try reading them, maybe part by part.
