I've decided to call it Violet Version, which will eventually be paired up with an Indigo Version
Story

- Welcome to the developing region of Hiohlii [High-Oh-Lee], a recent addition to the Pokemon League. Trainers won't find many large cities here, except for one, but we won't be getting into that right now.
The observant trainer will notice that the gyms are a little unusual; the leaders don't limit their Pokemon exclusively to one element. One may find a gym consisting entirely of "weird" or "beautiful" Pokemon. It adds to the challenge and is one of the reasons that the Hiohlii region was accepted in the League.
Your story begins in a frozen wasteland of a town known as Bitterroot. The only things of note are the Gym and Professor Alder's Lab.
Since you and your best friend Violet were younger, you've always been a help to Professor Alder. You've done chores, fetched samples, and the like and he considers you two to be his colleagues.
However, his finding has run dry and he is forced to move on to greener pastures, so to speak. You and Violet are obviously shocked by this. As he gives you two a going-away present; to you, a Charmander and to Violet, a Squirtle. He leaves soon afterward
After talking, you and she decide to leave town and see the world, against the wishes of everyone else there. So you both run away, with the Acroma Police at your heels.

Town List
This list does not include all of the little quests which will make up the heart of this hack.

- Bitterroot: The last stop for hopefuls wishing to take on the Elite Four. Bitterroot is a small town located high up in the Northern Mountain Range. To its north is the town's subsistence farm and to its east resides the Moon Shrine.
Poppyville: A ranch town located at the crossroads of the Southern Path and the Eastern Path. A necessary stop for trainers and sightseers alike both for its Gym and resting amenities. Recently, however, trainers have been coming back badge-less, claiming that the leader is no longer there...
Mayflower's Port: This balmy resort city is the destination for those seeking some R&R. The graveyard to the east has always been said to be haunted, but lately its hauntings seem to have spread to this haven of relaxation...
Jessamine City: The largest city in Hiohlii, which isn't saying much compared to other regions. Beneath the modernistic looks of the place belies a melancholy aura which drains the soul of the weak willed. A lone detective has been investigating the gym for reasons unknown. Some trainers have even said that he asks for their help in his investigations...
Hawthorn Town: A party town, seemingly always celebrating something. Its gym is probably the most exhilarating one in the region.
Yucca: This somber fishing village is not unlike Bitterroot in that it has an air of disparity. Its citizens are friendly and cheerful, many consider it suspicious...
Port Au Iris: Said to be the most beautiful city in the region. Many trainers quit their attempts to challenge the Elite Four here, as the local gym leader is extremely difficult to find. She is said to be searching for a rare medicine...
Pasqueton: The prosperous rest stop known as Pasqueton has always been a pleasant little place. But the arrival of a certain corporation threatens the livelihood of the residents...
Dogwood: Just blur on many a trainer's journey through Hiohlii; go in, defeat gym leader, leave. But the leader is apparently closing his gym for this very reason.
You and your rival both arrive just in time for one last battle with him. But there's a catch...
